The closer I got to Dambagolla junction, the more I felt the tranquillity of the countryside wrapping around me. After about 11 kilometres, I turned onto the picturesque Madulla road, where a small handwritten signboard directed me to Golumale Stream.
As I approached, the sounds of flowing water and rustling leaves welcomed me, setting the stage for an immersive experience in nature’s lap.
