Standard bikes cost ¥1,000 and electric bikes ¥2,000 for four-hour rentals, available from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The facility operates from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on most days, with shorter hours during the holiday period at the end of December and the start of January. It is closed on December 31 and January 1–2.
